Brighton has put a high price tag on Baleba, €120 million, making it difficult for Manchester United to negotiate a deal.
Should Manchester United decide to sign Baleba, he would join other Cameroonians on the team, Andre Onana and Bryan Mbeumo.
Baleba still has three years left on his contract with the option to extend for another 12 months. It's possible that he might be willing to stay with Brighton if Manchester United's interest doesn't materialize.
