The 23-year-old midfielder has left the English club for a fee of €2 million.
Greenwood initially joined Leeds from Arsenal in the summer of 2020 and made 35 appearances for the team.
He spent time on loan at Preston North End in 2024-25, following a similar stint at Middlesbrough in the previous season.
Greenwood has now signed a deal with Pogon Szczecin that will keep him at the club until 2028.
