Clarke joined Everton from AFC Wimbledon in September last year, becoming a first-year scholar with the Under-18s team.
This move marked a significant milestone in his career, as he had previously made his senior debut for AFC Wimbledon at the age of 15, becoming the south London club's youngest-ever player.
When asked about his new contract, Clarke expressed his excitement and gratitude towards the club.
"I'm really pleased to be signing this new deal," he said.
"I feel that the club is great, and I'm happy to be a part of it."
Clarke also reflected on his time at Everton, noting that he had learned a lot from his coaches and teammates during the previous season.
"I developed my game in different areas, and I felt that I grew as a player," he said.
Clarke also praised the team's spirit and camaraderie, saying that it made it easy for him to settle in and adapt to his new surroundings.
"The team is like a close-knit family, and it's easy to get along with everyone," he said.
