Ozhianvuna, an Ireland youth international, has been with Shamrock Rovers since the age of six and has already made 16 senior appearances, including games in the UEFA Conference League.
The 16-year-old will join Arsenal in January 2027, when he turns 18, and will be under the supervision of manager Mikel Arteta and his coaching staff, including Academy Manager Per Mertesacker and Head of Coaching Luke Hobbs.
Shamrock Rovers considers this transfer a significant milestone in Irish football, as it sets a precedent for developing top young talent in the country.
The transfer is subject to regulatory approval and will allow Ozhianvuna to continue his development at Arsenal.
