The two teams will face each other for the first time since May 2023, when Tottenham won 4-1 in a top-flight match.
Frank expressed his excitement about the recent contract extensions of players Rodri Bentancur and Romero, calling them a "big signal" that the players believe in the team's project and future.
"It's fantastic news that we've managed to extend both of their contracts," Frank said. "It shows that they believe in our mission and the journey we're on together. It's a big sign for the fans and everyone involved."
Frank also praised Bentancur, saying he's a "top player" who can still improve, and that the team is happy to have him on board.
However, Frank acknowledged that Elland Road, the home stadium of Leeds United, will be a challenging venue for his team.
"Leeds have done well since their promotion, and Elland Road is always a tough place to visit due to the great atmosphere," Frank said. "They've been very good at home and give away very little in open play."
Frank also provided updates on the team's injuries, stating that Romero is fit and available for the match, while striker Dominic Solanke is still recovering from a minor procedure and will not play.
Finally, Frank discussed the upcoming January transfer window, saying that the club will soon start discussing plans to improve the team for the future.
"We're already preparing for the next transfer window, and we'll have a meeting soon to discuss our plans and progress from there," Frank said.
Frank's assistant, Vinai and Johan, are responsible for organizing the transfer plans, and the club will work together to improve the team.
Takai, who has been recovering from an injury, is getting better and has been training with the team for the past week to 10 days.
Kolo Muani, who underwent a minor procedure, will not be available for the match.
