Despite his success, Buksa is now moving on to continue his career with Udinese Calcio, who finished 12th in the Serie A last season. The transfer is seen as a win-win situation for both parties, with FC Midtjylland receiving a deal that they are happy with and Buksa getting the opportunity to play in the Serie A.
FC Midtjylland's sporting director, Kristian Bach Bak, expressed his respect for Buksa's contribution to the team, saying, "Adam has delivered exactly what we brought him in for: goals, a winning mentality, and a strong international profile. He stepped in and made his mark from day one, and we have great respect for the contribution he has made to FC Midtjylland."
Buksa is also thrilled about the transfer, stating, "It has been an intense year – many matches in the Superliga and in Europe. Of course, we didn't win the championship or get into the Champions League, but I still look back on a good year both personally and for the team with many great experiences. I have enjoyed my time in Midtjylland, and I am very satisfied with the choice I made a year ago."
