He joined the team for preseason training and scored in their friendly match against CD Santa Clara in Portugal.
When asked about his experience, Kalajdzic shared his enthusiasm: “It was a great feeling to kick the ball with my teammates again after a long time. I'm happy that everything went well during the game. I gained more minutes on the pitch, got to know my teammates better, and improved my fitness level.
“There's no pressure to perform, but it's essential to have a successful first game. I felt stable, strong, and good throughout the match. Although the heat made the last minutes challenging, I'm pleased with my progress.
“Scoring a goal was amazing, and it's always easier when you're successful. I've been working hard in training, and it's wonderful to see my efforts paying off. I'm looking forward to continuing my recovery and improving my performance in the upcoming games.
