Alfie Holt pleaded guilty to assaulting Jack Grealish at the Manchester Magistrates' Court.
Holt claimed that Grealish had called him an insult and a derogatory name after the Manchester Derby on April 6.
He told the court that he reacted impulsively to Grealish's words and now regrets his actions.
As a result, Holt received a three-year Football Banning Order and was ordered to pay a £120 fine.
It's worth noting that Holt holds a season ticket for Manchester United.
