Beale recently left his position at West Brom and is now set to join the Villa's training facilities at Bodymoor Heath.
His appointment comes after being linked with a role as assistant manager at Reading, but he will instead take on the U18 coaching position at Villa.
Beale previously worked as the U18 coach at Aston Villa from July 2019 to March 2020.
He will be succeeding Jimmy Shan, who has been promoted to the U21 team this summer.
