Josh Harris, another co-owner, is interested in buying Johnson's shares. Harris already owns 18% of the club and wants to increase his stake.
The only reason Harris can't buy more shares is that no single shareholder can own more than 50% of the club. But this rule could be changed with a vote from the other shareholders.
