He noted that even if they are currently performing at 70% of their potential, they have 30% still to reach or improve upon, or possibly 20% if they are already at 80% capacity.

Dias feels that the team has yet to unlock their full potential and that they have "a few extra gears to go through" before reaching their full capacity.

He acknowledged that the team is strong and capable of competing, but sees room for further improvement.
